Hi my name is Teacher Ayako and I am the president of JSE. I love the children so much and spending time with children is so wonderful! I love to hear the children’s different ideas as children have such exciting imaginations. I am so happy to spend time with them. I am also a mother of two children. Studying English helps us to communicate with the rest of the world so we can learn about different people and cultures. It is this that I want to help teach the children at JSE, so they can learn English and also find out about all the exciting things there are in the world.

子供達と過ごす時間は本当に素晴らしいものです。一人ひとりが個性的で、そんな子供達と共に時間を過ごすことが出来て幸せです。 私は2人の子供を持つ母親でもあります。英語を学ぶと世界のドアが開きます。私は子供達に笑顔と共に過ごす1日1日の素晴らしさを伝えていきたいと思っています。

I am teacher mike! I am from England. Every JSE student is very nice and friendly. Since I have been at JSE I have been very surprised at how clever the students are and look forward to continuing their education. I find the lessons very interesting and fun. Every new day is exciting with all the different activities we do. My hobbies include playing guitar, surfing and American football. I also enjoy soccer and many other sports. Playing games is a great way to learn English and also many other skills.


私はTeacher　マイクです。イギリスからやってきました。JSEのフレンドリーな雰囲気が大好きです。生徒さんたちの賢さに驚かされつつ、JSEでのふれあいを良いものにしていきたいと思っています。毎日のレッスンは変化に富んで、エキサイティングな学習の日々となっています。 私の趣味はギターサーフィン、アメリカンフットボールです。サッカーやその他のスポーツも好きです。一緒に楽しんでいきましょう。

Hello Everyone! My name is Hiromi. I’m an assistant teacher at JSE. I studied music at university so I love being able to teach the children music. They love to sing so much and very good. I also love to teach English. I think studying English with music is an excellent way to learn as it is very fun. All the JSE kids are cheerful, positive and helpful. I love them so much so let’s have fun together!


こんにちは私はTeacher Hiromiです。 JSEでは主に子供達のケア、Native Teacherのアシスタントをしています。そして今まで音楽を勉強した経験を生かして、音楽を教えたり、Junior Classも担当しています。JSEの子供達は本当に素晴らしい子供ばかりです。皆、とても明るくて、積極的でいつもお互いに助け合ったりして仲が良いです。そんな子供達や素晴らしい他の先生方と一緒に働けて毎日がとても楽しいです。 これからも彼らと楽しく英語を勉強していきたいと思います。よろしくお願いします。

My name is Yukiko after 18 years of living in the USA, my husband our youngest daughter and I came back to Japan last November. The JSE students are so nice and they make me so happy. I feel privileged to be involved in English education here at JSE. Keep smiling kids!


私はTeacher Yukikoです。18年間アメリカに住んだ後、主人と1番下の娘と共に昨年11月に日本に帰ってきました。私はJSEで働く事がとても好きです。 JSEの子供達はとても好きです。JSEの子供達はとてもいい子たちで私にたくさんの笑顔を与えてくれます。JSEでの英語教育に係わることができて大変光栄に思います。 これからも笑顔で！！

My name is Mellissa. I am from Atlanta, Georgia in the U.S.A. but I have lived in Japan for more than 5 years. I really love spending time with all the JSE students. I teach the Saturday class and am always amazed at how motivated and smart all the students are. I look forward to more and more exciting activities in the coming months and watching as all the students grow and grow! Let's enjoy English together!
